The challenge
Prospective clients wanted proof, not slides. They needed to poke at real agents, open real workflows and watch real executions before trusting an automation partner with revenue-critical operations.
My approach
Built a production-ready showcase where every surface is live: a chat agent wired to tools and vector memory, five reference n8n workflows (lead qualification, WhatsApp concierge, review sentiment, appointment reminders, email campaigns) with retries and error paths, and an ops board streaming real executions with p95 latency and success rate.
Key features
- Live conversational AI agent with tool-calling and Pinecone memory
- 5 reference n8n workflows with retries, error paths and run history
- Ops dashboard streaming executions, p95 latency and success rate
- WhatsApp Business Cloud API concierge with 24h window handling
- Two-way CRM sync (HubSpot / Pipedrive) with idempotent writes
- Per-tenant row isolation, vaulted secrets and immutable audit logs
Outcome
A working sales asset that converts on its own — visitors run the agent, inspect workflow specs and see 2.4M monthly executions at 99.4% success before ever booking a call. Cut discovery cycles and let engagements start with scope, not skepticism.
