How I build
The path behind every case study
Each project on this page followed roughly the same four-stage flow — adapted to the client's stack, timeline, and team size. It's the same flow we'd use on your build.
01. Scoping & audit
Paid 60–90 minute consultation to align on goals, constraints, and architecture risks. Output is a written assessment with recommended scope, stack, and milestones.
02. Design & data model
Wireframes, key user flows, and the Postgres/Supabase schema agreed in writing before any production code lands. RLS policies and edge functions sketched at the same time.
03. Build in weekly milestones
Type-safe React + TanStack/Next.js + Supabase, shipped in weekly demoable slices. CI, preview deploys, error tracking, and analytics wired up from the first milestone.
04. Launch & handover
Production launch with monitoring, runbooks, a recorded handover walkthrough, and an optional retainer for bug fixes, dependency upgrades, and small feature work.
