What happens next
From first message to first milestone
The path from a cold inquiry to a signed Upwork contract usually takes 3–7 days. Each step is designed to surface risks early — so the build phase stays calm and predictable.
01. You send the brief on Upwork
Open my Upwork profile, click Hire, and send your project brief. Attach any spec, repo link, Figma, or screenshots that help me understand the goal.
02. I reply with clarifying questions
Within 1–2 business days you'll get a reply with sharp clarifying questions, an indicative timeline, and the next step — usually a paid scoping call or a written proposal.
03. We agree on scope and contract
Once the scope is clear, we sign a fixed-price or hourly Upwork contract with milestones, deliverables, and a check-in cadence in writing.
04. Build starts with weekly demos
Work runs in weekly milestones with a Loom demo or live walkthrough at the end of each. Feedback loops stay short so the final delivery is never a surprise.
